Pat Davis Earl TownshipP.O. Box 283, Oley, Pa. 19547610-689-5535Sept. 3, 2009 Dear Neighbors,
Armed with abusive Eminent Domain procedures, Bill Moyer and John Hetrick bullied 6 familes from their homes, some families with young children. For a "fishing hole?" Moyer and Hetrick tried to confiscate, by eminent domain, theTiki bar and restaurant. That would have caused the loss of jobs to the employees, the loss of their income and possibly their homes. Today Bill Moyer and John Hetrick are busy putting Property Liens on many more Earl Twp. Residences along Manatawny Rd. I believe that; Private property rights described in the Constitution are Sacred American Rights. Common Sense has taught all of us that private property rights trump government confiscation of people's homes and businesses, by Eminent Domain for But Wait, there's more! After lobbying for and voting for it, Bill Moyer, passed an Anti-free speech law (resolution 2002-5) that essentially says to all of us: "Shut Up". If elected Supervisor I will rescind Resolutions 2002-5. It is equally reprehensible that Moyer and Hetrick make Earl Township's high school and college students on summer break pay the Earl Twp. Earned Income Tax. Equally outrageous is the Taxation of the hard working families during these difficult economic times. Unnecessary, Unneeded, Taxation! The Liberty Busting, Tax and Spend, Team of Moyer and Hetrick are always plotting and planning to change your lives in Earl Twp...not for the better.
Look, it's up to you the voters. If you want your tax money back. If you want $600.00 to repair your home. If you are concerned or angry about the abusive use of Eminent Domain or property liens. If you want to move, your kitchens sink a couple of feet one-way or the other without Bill Moyer's or John Hetrick's approval and permit fees then I'm your man.
Here is what I will do as Supervisor:
With $34.7 million dollars in the Earl Township Treasury, I will: • Refund annually your Earl Twp. Earned Income Tax. High school, college students and the Working Residents of Earl Twp. paid in over $359,990.00 to Earl Twp. • Send $600.00 to each Earl Twp. household annually. A little of the money from the Landfill should be used to benefit all equally and just not sit in some bank
Combine both proposals and still have $33.6 million dollars in the Earl
